Booking and payment conditions:
35% deposit is required to book the property
Full payment is required at check in
Deposit is refundable before 60 days till your arrival and non-refundable after 59 days till your arrival.
Check in – 15:30 hrs, Check out – 10:30 hrs
This property does not require damage deposit during check-in
However check-out can only be completed after inspection of the general condition of the house
The property is friendly for small pets and must be confirmed during the booking (extra charges for cleaning fee and damage deposit will be required)
